Sierra Nevada Foothills · Camino, CA
Tucked into the gold-country hills above the American River, Edio Vineyards is a small-batch estate winery where every bottle carries the character of this place — the granite soil, the mountain air, the slow California light.
Edio Vineyards began with a simple conviction: that the high-elevation terrain of Camino — with its well-drained granite soils and dramatic temperature swings between day and night — produces grapes with a depth and intensity you won't find elsewhere in the region.
We farm organically, hand-prune every vine, and ferment in small batches so each lot can express exactly what this land offers. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just careful, deliberate winemaking that lets the fruit — and the place — speak for itself.
Whether you're a longtime wine collector or tasting for the first time, we invite you to sit with us, taste slowly, and discover what the foothills have to offer.
Small lots. Distinctive character. Each wine is a reflection of its vineyard block and the vintage that shaped it.
Crisp apple and pear, a whisper of vanilla, and a saline finish that speaks to our higher-elevation site.
Dry and refreshing — strawberry, watermelon, and a bright citrus edge. Made for warm afternoons on the patio.
Velvety dark cherry and plum, layered with cocoa and a hint of cedar. Approachable young, rewarding with age.
Our flagship. Dense blackberry, espresso, and graphite, built on firm structure and a long, lingering finish.
Availability varies by vintage. Visit us to taste the current releases or join our mailing list for allocation updates.
Our tasting room is open seven days a week. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend reserving your seat — especially on weekends.
